The IC-910 VHF/UHF all-mode transceiver is a compact, fully featured transceiver suited to meet the demands of the serious DXer or satellite enthusiast and improves on its well-respected predecessor, the IC-821H, whilst keeping the essential qualities of the IC-821H

Icom have added important features such as a large, clear LCD display, a useful increase in transmit power output and DSP facilities (Installed on the main receiver).

Newly designed power amplifier circuits provide 100 Watts of stable output power on the 2 Metre band and 75 Watts on 70cms. Coupled with dual, high-sensitivity DSP-compatible receivers, weak signal DX and satellite communications are second to none.

The aluminium die-cast chassis and effective cooling fan ensure stable output for continuous operation such as packet operation. The IC-910 provides two data sockets for simultaneous packet operation on the main and sub band. High-speed PLL lockup times support 9600 bps packet protocol.
